Diane is a member of the Paris Bar since 2022 and holds a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property and New technologies Law, and a DJCE (specialization in business law and in-house advisory) from the University of Aix-Marseille.

She joined Gilbey Legal in May 2022 after several experiences, in the intellectual property department of a multinational company in the food industry, as well as in several French and Anglo-Saxon law firms specialized in intellectual property law.

Diane focuses on both non-litigation and litigation matters in the fields of trademarks, copyright, designs and unfair competition.

She is a member of the APRAM professional association (Association of Practitioner of Trademark and Design Law).
